Welcome to Ȥ – a school full of history, courage, and ideas!
Our school is like a small town — with many buildings named after great personalities. Each building represents something special, just like the people they are named after:
Grimm House (Preschool)
Learning begins here with stories and imagination — just like the Brothers Grimm who collected fairy tales. In this house, our youngest discover the world with curiosity, play, and creativity.
Elisabeth Selbert House (Primary School & After School Care)
Named after a pioneer for equality, this house stands for first big steps: reading, writing, math, and learning together — with heart and mind.
Paul Klee House (Primary School)
Inspired by the artist Paul Klee, this is where creativity meets learning. Colors, shapes, and ideas find their place every day.
Gutenberg House (Library)
Just like Johannes Gutenberg made knowledge accessible to all, our library is a place of books, stories, and inspiration — for all ages.
Albert Einstein House (Science, Music & Art)
Here, scientific curiosity, musical expression, and artistic thinking come together — in the spirit of Einstein, who said: “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
Ludwig Leichhardt House (IB Study Centre, New Science Labs & MFR)
Research, think, discover — like the great explorer Leichhardt, our senior students find their own educational path and prepare for the IB and the world.
Clara Schumann House (Junior Secondary)
Named after the exceptional pianist Clara Schumann, this house is a place for musical talent and the first steps in secondary school — with focus, creativity, and growth.
Sophie Scholl House (Secondary School)
Sophie Scholl stood for courage and critical thinking. In this building, our secondary students learn to take responsibility, ask questions, and show integrity.
Marlene Dietrich Hall (Sports Hall)
Marlene Dietrich was not only a strong artist but also a woman with backbone. Our sports hall is where endurance, fairness, and team spirit come together — with strength, style, and character.
Pestalozzi House (Administration)
Here, all the threads come together — named after Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi, who combined education with heart, head, and hands. A place for organization, guidance, and school leadership.
